We currently offer shipping within the United States only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

⏰ Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon EST) will be considered as received on the next business day.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM are typically processed the same day.

Please allow 1 business day for order confirmation and handling before shipment.

🚚 Estimated Delivery Time

After processing, most orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.

We ship using reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, chosen automatically based on your location and order type to ensure timely delivery.

🔁 Delivery Issues & Failed Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful:

  • We will contact you to schedule a second delivery attempt at no additional charge.

  • If the second attempt also fails, your package will be returned to our warehouse and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can use this number to track your order’s status at any time.

  • We do not ship on weekends or U.S. national holidays.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of checkout. Drumbow Store is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by incorrect address information.

  • Orders containing pre-order or made-to-order items may require extra processing time. We will notify you if this applies.
